1 Month ADVANCE + First Month is due when picking up vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS
Payments can be made with Zelle, or Cash. CREDIT CARDS, 3% fee. Card needs to be present to pay
PLEASE TAKE VIDEOS OF ANY DAMAGES TO VEHICLE
When returning you will be responsible for any new damage that is not Marked.
1. Your Advance is Fully refundable 14 days after returning vehicle, minus any outstanding charges.
2. When planning to return vehicle, please notify us 2 Weeks in advance.
3. If returning vehicle late, a $40 Daily rental fee will be assessed & charged off your Deposit. NO Exceptions.
4. Toll Tags are now on all vehicles; on the 17th of every month, we will send you a copy of the charges.
You have 4 days to pay the total due, or we will add a $25 late fee.
5. Payments are due on the date you picked up vehicle, $10 fee, per day will be charged for late payments.
6. Send Proof of Insurance Photo to us within 24 Hours of taking possession of the vehicle. Failure to provide
proof of insurance may result in you losing your Deposit. Allen Auto Repair does not offer Any Insurance.
7. You most drop off the vehicle, clean and with the same amount of fuel as when you took possession, by 6 PM
on the return due date. Vehicles returned after 6 PM will be processed on next business day (Mon - Sat).
8. This agreement is a monthly agreement. We do not pro-rate if you return your vehicle early. If you are not happy
with car, you can always switch, insurance must be switched to the new car you choose.
9. Driver is responsible for Flat tires, oil Changes, and cost of parts due to negligence, or drivers mistake.
10. If vehicle requires repairs, and it’s your fault, you remain responsible for the ongoing rental period during the repair
time it takes to fix vehicle. (Down time.)
11. First oil change needs to be done 500 Miles. Then every 3K miles. Send A picture of Receipt (Every Oil Change)
including vehicle info, miles and date of service that it’s been done.
Damage to Engine because of no Oil changes being made on time, you are responsible for Repairs.
12. If repair is needed, you must bring vehicle in, if a tow is needed, you are responsible for cost of tow.
13. In instances of vehicle repair downtime, a loaner car will not be provided if repairs are completed on the same day
14. If you have a car accident, and it’s your fault, and you do not have full coverage insurance you will be responsible for the
cost of repairs if insurance will not cover damages.
15. If your car overheats, Shut It Down Immediately and STOP DRIVING and contact us. If you hear any abnormal noises, come
by our shop ASAP. Only if it’s safe to drive. Keep in mind, Mechanics leave shop at 6 PM.
16. Business hours are Mon-Sat 9 AM - 7 PM, message or stop by during these times. Unless it’s an emergency.
