PLEASE TAKE VIDEOS OF ANY DAMAGES TO VEHICLE When returning you will be responsible for any new damage that is not Marked.
1. Advance is Fully refundable 2 Weeks after returning vehicle.
2. You must drop off the vehicle clean by 6 PM when lease is over, with the same amount of fuel as when you picked up the vehicle.
Make sure tolls are paid in full on NTTA.ORG, Pay Zip Cash
3. If Returning vehicle late, $45 Daily rental will be charged off your Deposit. NO Exceptions.
4. This is a monthly agreement; we DO NOT pro rate if returning vehicle early. 1 MONTH Minimum
5. Send a Picture of proof of insurance to us within 24 Hours. Allen Auto Repair doesn't offer any
6. Toll Tag must be put on vehicle. (It saves you money) If I pay Zip cash Bill will be charged $25.
7. Payments are due on the date you picked up vehicle, $10 late fee per day will be charged if late.
8. Driver is responsible for Flat tires, oil Changes, and cost of parts due to negligence.
9. Oil changes every 3,000, or 5,000 Miles if you put Synthetic Oil. Must provide receipts when oil changes are done.

Damage to Engine because of no Oil changes being made on time, you are responsible for Repairs.
10. If repair is needed, you must bring vehicle in, if a tow is needed, you are responsible for cost of tow.
11. If we have another car that you like, you may switch, insurance must be switched to the new car.
12. If you have a car accident, and it’s your fault, and you do not have full coverage insurance you will be responsible
for the cost of repairs if insurance will not cover damages.
13. When planning to return vehicle, please notify us 2 Weeks in advance. Confirm no tolls are owed.
14. If Car overheats, DO NOT DRIVE IT. Call me ASAP. Any noise you hear that’s abnormal Stop by.
