- Is a car rental deposit required? - Yes, a deposit is required to rent a car. The deposit amount is Same as Monthly Rental Price.
- What If I don't have the deposit, Can I rent a car and pay Deposit Next week? - Sorry, we require Deposit and First Month Rental at time of Pick up.
- When do I get my Deposit back? - Fully refundable 2 Week after returning vehicle, if no damages to vehicle, and no tolls owed. If you make payments on time, and change oil on time, I might give you deposit same day you return the car. So please get a toll tag, change oil on time, and make payments on time
- Do I have to get Full Coverage insurance? - No, Liability is fine, but keep in mind If you have a car accident, and it’s your fault, and you do not have full coverage insurance you will be responsible for the cost of repairs if insurance will not cover damages.
- What forms of payment are accepted for renting a car? - Cash, Zelle or Cash App. Credit cards are accepted with a 5% credit card fee.
- Do I have to get a toll tag? - You don't have to, but it will save you money if you use the toll roads, If you do not use the toll roads, having a toll tag doesn't cost you anything. Go to NTTA.ORG, or stop by the local Toll tag office and get one same day.
- Does Allen Car Rental rent a car Daily or Weekly? - No we do require 1 Month Minimum.
- If I reserved a car for 2 Months, can I keep it longer? - You can keep the car for as long as you like, as long as you current on Your payments. All we ask is for you to give us a 2 weeks notice when you decide to return it.
- Am I responsible for repairs? - You are only responsible for oil changes, please send a picture as proof of every oil change. We are responsible for repairs to vehicle, unless its drivers negligence or mistake.
- My car broke down, what do I Do? - Call our office and let us know, If a mechanic is available, and it can be fixed on side of the road, we will try and send a mechanic over, If I tow is needed, you are responsible for cost of a tow (First week, we are responsible)
- I have a flat, who is responsible? - If you have a flat tire, its just like its your car, change the tire, or take it to a tire shop. If its normal wear and tear on tire, we will replace tire, If its damaged due to your driving, you will need to pay for a new tire.
- Can I Come to your office to change oil? - Its cheaper and faster to stop by Walmart or any Oil change place
